    Hi Sayda,
    Nice work. On Graph 1 you should have use a bar graph, you only use a pie when you are comparing a proportion of the total (percents).
    Rate of anything is usually measured on number/time. Use "Number of Homicides" instead of "rate of homicides". If you fix those things you can get the points that you missed. Your grade is 2/3.
